[Hemosorption in the complex of intensive therapy of poisoning in young children].

79 hemosorption procedures performed by pendulum technique in 32 children aged 11 months to 3 years are reviewed. Hemosorption as a component of complex intensive therapy was indicated in case of severe patients' condition, inefficacy of therapy, inefficacy and impossibility of forced diuresis and an elevated level of medium molecules up to 0.475 +/- 0.014 conventional units.
