[Early diagnosis and intensive therapy of acute kidney failure in generalized peritonitis and acute intestinal obstruction].

Diagnostic tactics is suggested which makes it possible to distinguish between functional oliguria and organic kidney damages, as well as to determine the damage form. Specific therapeutic techniques were used accordingly in 83 patients with generalized peritonitis and ileus complicated by acute renal failure. Such a technique proved effective in 79.3% of patients.
