During recent decades many methods of spinal cord hypothermia (SCH) were developed. Nevertheless the problem of SCH in complex urgent care of patients with complicated spinal cord injuries remains unsolved as well as problems of tactics and techniques of hypothermia. Author suggests his own technique for intraoperative SCH in severe spinal cord injury. Own observations during the procedure were used as criteria for evaluation of effectiveness. Implementation of suggested technique is expected to increase quality of surgical treatment of patients with complicated spinal cord injury, to improve surgical outcomes and to decrease rate of disability.
近几十年来，人们开发了许多脊髓低温治疗（SCH）方法。然而，在复杂脊髓损伤患者的综合紧急护理中，脊髓低温治疗问题以及低温治疗的策略和技术问题仍未得到解决。作者提出了自己在严重脊髓损伤术中进行脊髓低温治疗的技术。术中的自身观察结果被用作评估疗效的标准。预计所建议技术的实施将提高复杂脊髓损伤患者的手术治疗质量，改善手术效果并降低残疾率。
