Abstract
The authors provide clinical evidence for difficulties encountered in the diagnosis of pneumocystis pneumonia. Show the role of the methods such as examination of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serological blood testing aimed at detection of the liter of antibodies to Pneumocystis carinii.
