[Study of the reaction between steroids and serum albumin by the spin probe method].

The data obtained from the study of interaction of two steroids with serum albumin shows that D-ring of steroid molecule has more hidrophobic environment then A-ring in the complexes of steroid with protein. The plane of steroid is perpendicular to the long axis of protein molecule.
