Abstract
We present a method for recording medical findings using a single chip camera, monitor, storage device and a graphic printer. Statistical and functional findings can quickly be determined and recorded by instant graphics. These screen prints are repeatedly accessible at any time for medical records. This simplifies the diagnostic counselling of the patient as well as aiding the pre-operative discussion amongst the medical team.
