Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Psoas abscess is a rare pathology with significant morbidity and mortality, if not diagnosed early and treated appropriately.
METHODS
We report a case of 61-year-old male who presented with only lateral thigh swelling. A brief discussion regarding the case follows.
CONCLUSION
Psoas abscess is a rare entity and can present in atypical fashion. Clinicians need to be aware of these variation so to not miss this diagnosis.
