A study was made of 3H-cortisol binding with total, hormone-sensitive and hormone-resistant populations of adrenalectomized rat thymocytes before and after their division using BCA and percoll gradients. Subpopulations of small and large thymocytes obtained by using percoll were hormone resistant and hormone sensitive, respectively. The method of thymocyte division on percoll gradient was effective for a study of thymocyte interaction with glucocorticoids. The data obtained showed that there were differences in the index of cortisol binding with subpopulations of rat thymocytes.
采用BCA和Percoll梯度法,对肾上腺切除大鼠胸腺细胞在分裂前后与³H-皮质醇结合的总量、激素敏感群体和激素抵抗群体进行了研究。利用Percoll获得的小胸腺细胞和大胸腺细胞亚群分别对激素抵抗和激素敏感。Percoll梯度上的胸腺细胞分裂方法对研究胸腺细胞与糖皮质激素的相互作用是有效的。获得的数据表明,大鼠胸腺细胞亚群与皮质醇结合指数存在差异。
