The wide spread and the severity of AIDS require special nursing interventions. In the first part, the general and specific problems are described, such as problems from different systems (respiratory, mouth, skin etc.), from contaminated fluids etc. In the same time general rules are given in order to help the health care personnel to avoid contamination. In the second part, the presumptions and main points of care outside the hospital are given and finally the nursing care in the final stage of the disease is outlined.
艾滋病的广泛传播和严重性需要特殊的护理干预措施。第一部分描述了一般和特殊问题，如来自不同系统（呼吸、口腔、皮肤等）、来自污染液体等的问题。同时给出了一般规则，以帮助医护人员避免感染。第二部分给出了院外护理的前提和要点，最后概述了疾病终末期的护理。
