[Changes of lung function in sarcoidosis].

This paper reports the changes of lung function in 26 cases of sarcoidosis and the correlation of lung function tests with chest X-ray films. The results showed that in the first stage of sarcoidosis, the chest films were normal: however, there were changes in lung volumes, ventilation and diffusion function. Therefore, the lung function tests and chest films should be done at the same time in order to supplement each other.
