Abstract
The present study was designed to determine whether bacterial endotoxin (LPS) affects the lethality of cisplatin. Mice treated with LPS (1 mg/kg, i.p.) 24 hr and 1 hr before cisplatin had markedly increased the lethality and nephrotoxicity of cisplatin.
