Abstract

10% Fu-mai mixture has been used in anoxia mice per os 0.5 ml one time. The experimental results indicate that the tolerance to anoxia under low or normal pressures is increased and the oxygen consumption at 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th minute is reduced. Moreover, the decrease of PaO2 and increase of pulmonic pressure in acute anoxia rabbits can be inhibited by transfusing 2.5 ml of the mixture. The virulence is very slight.

摘要

10%复脉合剂以0.5毫升/次经口给予缺氧小鼠。实验结果表明,低氧或常压下的缺氧耐受性增强,第5、10、15、20和25分钟时的耗氧量降低。此外,给急性缺氧家兔输注2.5毫升该合剂可抑制其动脉血氧分压降低和肺动脉压升高。其毒性非常轻微。
