Abstract
PURPOSE
To report a rare case of bilateral sporadic aniridia in an African child and review the management modalities.
PRESENTATION
We report a case of bilateral sporadic aniridia with horizontal nystagmus, axial cataract optic disc, and fovea hypoplasia in a 5-year-old female patient. She was managed conservatively. Various modalities of treatment are reviewed.

报告一例非洲儿童双侧散发性无虹膜的罕见病例，并回顾其治疗方式。
病例介绍
我们报告一例5岁女性患者，患有双侧散发性无虹膜，伴有水平眼球震颤、轴性白内障、视盘及黄斑发育不全。对其进行了保守治疗，并回顾了各种治疗方式。
