In three cases of parturition by Caesarean during a coma (provoked by eclampsia for both of them), the resumption of the quotidian activities for the three women at the time of the return at home was comprised by disorder states and nocturnal psychomotor agitation. Investigation and psychological interviews are focused on the emptiness (of words, representations, sensibilities) which surrounded the parturition during the coma.
