The high level of executable obligations has been one of the main problem of independent public healthcare units' activity for many years. This article presents the results of the analysis of level, dynamics and structure of executable obligations in the years of function independent public payer. Prevalent form of restructuring of obligations was also discussed.
多年来，高额的可执行债务一直是独立公共医疗单位运营的主要问题之一。本文呈现了对独立公共支付方运营期间可执行债务的水平、动态变化及结构的分析结果。同时还讨论了债务重组的普遍形式。
