The clinical features and pathological findings of a patient with myelinoclastic diffuse sclerosis, corresponding to those described by Schilder in 1912, are reported. The course of the disease, having lasted for ten years, was interrupted by periods of partial remissions. Peripheral nerve involvement was also found.
报告了一例髓鞘破坏性弥漫性硬化患者的临床特征和病理表现,与1912年席尔德所描述的相符。病程长达十年,期间有部分缓解期。还发现有周围神经受累。
