Spontaneous mucosal bleeding is not uncommon in hereditary coagulation factor deficiencies and is usually due to a local lesion. We report a case of repeated episodes of melaena in a known haemophiliac caused by a cavernous haemangioma in the jejunum.
自发性黏膜出血在遗传性凝血因子缺乏症中并不罕见，通常是由局部病变引起的。我们报告一例已知血友病患者反复出现黑便的病例，其病因是空肠海绵状血管瘤。
