A 38-year-old woman was admitted to the emergency department with vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal pain since four days. She used anticoagulant drugs because of venous thromboembolism. Echography of the abdomen revealed a subcapsular hematoma of the liver. The patient recovered after bloodtransfusion and conservative treatment.
一名38岁女性因四天来出现呕吐、腹泻和腹痛而被收入急诊科。她因静脉血栓栓塞而使用抗凝药物。腹部超声检查显示肝脏包膜下血肿。患者经输血和保守治疗后康复。
