[The attitude of health workers to the new pay system for labor].

The paper provides the results of the sociological survey to ascertain the opinions of physicians and paramedical personnel on the introduction of the new pay system for labor in a federal budget institution. The findings indicate that health personnel positively responded to the introduction of the new pay system for labor, their personal interest in achieving the quality indicators of their work has increased.
