CASE
We report a case of simultaneous methemoglobinemia and hemolytic anemia, probably related to the use of rasburicase, in a child starting treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In addition, the patient developed symptoms of pancreatitis. All complications resolved after 3 days of supportive therapy.
CONCLUSION
Although usually well tolerated in pediatrics, physicians prescribing rasburicase should be aware of these possible life-threatening adverse reactions.
病例报告
我们报告了一例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）治疗起始时同时发生高铁血红蛋白血症和溶血性贫血的病例，可能与使用拉布立酶有关。此外，该患者还出现了胰腺炎症状。经 3 天支持治疗后所有并发症均得到解决。
结论
尽管拉布立酶在儿科通常具有良好的耐受性，但开具该药的医生应注意这些可能危及生命的不良反应。
