Abstract

The goal is to present a new surgical technique that may solve and prevent tracheostomal stenosis after total infracricoid laryngectomy. The concepts on which the technique is based are explained and the technique as performed is described. The complete success achieved in three clinical cases treated with this technique is also presented.

目的是介绍一种可能解决和预防全环状软骨下喉切除术后气管造口狭窄的新手术技术。解释了该技术所基于的概念，并描述了所实施的技术。还介绍了用该技术治疗的三例临床病例所取得的圆满成功。
