Abstract
Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) affect mainly younger people. Biologic therapies are safe and effective in inducing and maintain remission in that patients. We reviewed herein the current knowledge about the safety and the effectiveness of biologic therapies in managing pregnant IBD patients.
