[Congenital urethrocele in man. Apropos of 10 personal cases].

The author reports a personal series of ten congenital male urethroceles to recall the fact that this is only a relatively rare anomaly, that its surgical treatment performed before the stage of urinary abscess gives good results as it is performed on healthy urethral tissue, and finally, to emphasise the diagnostic difficulties, as these patients present varied and misleading clinical symptoms and signs.
