[The significance of L-form mycobacteria in the development of pulmonary tuberculosis].

It was established by means of bacteriological examination that L-forms of Mycobacterium tuberculosis are isolated in 42% of freshly detected cases with different clinical forms of tuberculosis of the respiratory organs. It was found that the isolated strains of microorganisms induce in guinea pigs a disease against the background of disorders of the general and specific immunological reactivity.
