The shortcomings of the existing methods of perianal condyloma treatment are as follows: extensive trauma of the reflexogenic perianal region, a large diffusely bleeding surface, the risk of secondary infection and suppuration of the wounds, cicatricial deformity of the anus, prolonged treatment and its relatively radical character. To prevent complications and produce a stable remission, 12 patients were given combined treatment comprising surgical effect of CO2 laser and administration of the Soviet antiviral preparation Bohafton in the pre- and postoperative period. No recurrences of the disease were found 12 months later.
反射性肛周区域创伤大、创面广泛弥漫性出血、伤口继发感染和化脓的风险、肛门瘢痕畸形、治疗时间长且具有相对激进的特点。为预防并发症并实现稳定缓解，对12例患者进行了联合治疗，包括二氧化碳激光的手术效果以及在术前和术后使用苏联抗病毒制剂波哈夫顿。12个月后未发现疾病复发。
