Calcium binding by the vesiculate fraction of rabbit small intestine myocyte plasma membranes was studied. It was shown that the membrane fraction as well as the muscle tissue contain two types of Ca2(+)-binding sites with binding constants of 2.3-2.5 x 10(4) and 2.1-1.25 x 10(3) M-1. The number of binding sites and their affinity for Ca2+ depend on the presence in the incubation medium of Mg2+, Na+ and ATP.
对兔小肠肌细胞质膜囊泡部分的钙结合情况进行了研究。结果表明,膜部分以及肌肉组织含有两类Ca2+结合位点,其结合常数分别为2.3 - 2.5×10⁴和2.1 - 1.25×10³ M⁻¹。结合位点的数量及其对Ca2+的亲和力取决于孵育介质中Mg2+、Na+和ATP的存在情况。
