A multicystic ameloblastoma of the mandible is reported in a 54-year-old white man who presented with a complaint of an ill-fitting partial denture due to a swelling in the posterior mandible. This case demonstrates the aggressive character of an ameloblastoma, causing extensive destruction of the mandible in a documented period of less than 4 years.
