Abstract

In this study, the observation on acupuncture manner, the specificity of acupoints, maintaining needle and "MiuCi" needling, manual and electrical acupuncture, the thermal characteristics of meridians etc. were carried out in order to apply the thermography in the research of principles of acupuncture and meridian phenomena thus create a way to approach to the mechanism of acupuncture effect. Results showed a good prospect for this technique being widely used in the investigation of acupuncture and meridians and its practical significance. It's also identified that the thermography with the advantages of straight-forward, objective and simple fitted to be used in the research of acupuncture and meridians.

摘要

本研究对针刺方式、穴位特异性、留针与“缪刺”、手法与电针、经络热特性等进行了观察,旨在将红外热像技术应用于针刺原理及经络现象的研究,从而为探讨针刺效应机制开辟一条途径。结果显示该技术在针灸经络研究中具有广泛应用的良好前景及其实际意义。同时也表明,红外热像技术具有直观、客观、简便的优点,适合用于针灸经络的研究。
