Operations were carried out on 60 patients with pyodestructive diseases of the lungs. Organ preserving operative interventions were performed with the use of a CO2 laser. For the prevention of disturbed air-tightness of pulmonary surfaces with removed pleura, the authors developed and used in 12 patients a method for temporary occlusion of the lobar or segmental bronchus during the operation or in the postoperative period. Complications linked with endobronchial occlusion were not encountered. Since the obturator remained in the bronchial lumen for a short time (3-12 days), the inflammatory reaction of the bronchial mucosa was minimal.
对60例肺部化脓性破坏性疾病患者实施了手术。采用二氧化碳激光进行了保留器官的手术干预。为预防切除胸膜后肺表面气密性受损,作者研发并在12例患者中应用了一种在手术期间或术后暂时封堵叶支气管或段支气管的方法。未出现与支气管内封堵相关的并发症。由于封堵器在支气管腔内停留时间较短(3 - 12天),支气管黏膜的炎症反应极小。
