Abstract

An invitro study was conducted to evaluate the effect of three surfactants on the Tensile Bond strength of Glass Ionomer Cement to dentin. The surface acting chemicals used on dentin in the analysis included combination of EDTA and sodium hypochlorite, orthophosphoric acid and sodium hypochlorite and the sodium hypochlorite alone. The results indicate that the combination of EDTA-sodium hypochlorite brought the best bonding followed by orthophosphoric acid & sodium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite in that order.

进行了一项体外研究,以评估三种表面活性剂对玻璃离子水门汀与牙本质拉伸粘结强度的影响。分析中用于牙本质的表面活性化学物质包括乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与次氯酸钠的组合、正磷酸与次氯酸钠的组合以及单独的次氯酸钠。结果表明,EDTA-次氯酸钠组合带来的粘结效果最佳,其次是正磷酸与次氯酸钠的组合,最后是次氯酸钠。
