Five cases of Osgood-Schlatter's disease are reported. Two of them were siblings. The history and physical examination data are reported. A remarkable type of presentation was pain and swelling over the anterior tibial epiphysis. Radiological findings were always characteristic. The need to rule out this condition is emphasized for the differential diagnosis of other types of musculoskeletal pain in teenagers, as it has particular prognostic and therapeutic implications. The primary care physician plays a prominent role in its detection and therapy.
报告了5例胫骨结节骨软骨炎病例。其中2例为兄弟姐妹。报告了病史和体格检查数据。一种显著的表现类型是胫骨近端骨骺处疼痛和肿胀。影像学表现总是具有特征性。强调在青少年其他类型肌肉骨骼疼痛的鉴别诊断中需要排除这种疾病，因为它具有特殊的预后和治疗意义。初级保健医生在其发现和治疗中起着重要作用。
