Abstract
Single cell clones were isolated in vivo from early passages of a highly variable lymphoma induced by gamma-irradiation in a TF-T190/+ mouse carrying the T/1:17/T190Ca chromosome translocation. The chromosome pattern, expression of the H-2 antigenic specificities determined by the T190 (1:17) translocation chromosomes and biological properties of the clones have been compared and discussed.

从携带T/1:17/T190Ca染色体易位的TF-T190/+小鼠中，通过γ射线诱导产生的高度可变淋巴瘤的早期传代培养物中，在体内分离出单细胞克隆。对这些克隆的染色体模式、由T190（1:17）易位染色体决定的H-2抗原特异性表达以及生物学特性进行了比较和讨论。
