Abstract
Female genital tuberculosis is relatively rare and difficult to diagnose. Often it is mistaken for ovarian malignancy. We report a case of a young immigrant woman with acute abdominal pain.

女性生殖器结核较为少见，且诊断困难。常被误诊为卵巢恶性肿瘤。我们报告一例年轻移民女性出现急性腹痛。
