[Treatment of femoral neck fracture--preference to artificial head bone replacement].

Surgical treatment for medial femoral neck fracture was two options. One is osteosynthesis, and another is femoral head replacement. There are advantages and disadvantages. In terms of early rehabilitation, femoral head replacement is recommended. Muscle sparing small invasive surgery should be performed to avoid dislocation.
