The static of serve flexible flatfeet in children can be positively influenced by the varisation osteotomy of the Calcaneous by Kramer. The method is technically easy and imposes very few complications. This follow-up after a meantime of 12.4 years looks at 30 osteotomies. Subjective results were excellent. Objectively, the results must be regarded as good. Nontheless, the problem remains who should be operated, especially if we keep in mind that the nontreated flatfeet usually develop positively. So this method should remain in the hands of the experienced orthopedic surgeon.
克莱默（Kramer）的跟骨截骨术可对儿童柔性扁平足的静态情况产生积极影响。该方法在技术上较为简单，并发症很少。本次随访时间为12.4年，观察了30例截骨术。主观结果极佳。客观而言，结果也堪称良好。然而，仍存在应由谁接受手术的问题，尤其是当我们考虑到未经治疗的扁平足通常也会向好的方向发展时。所以这种方法应由经验丰富的骨科医生掌握。
