[Managing psychosomatic state of law machinery staffers].

Complex studies helped to estimate prevalence of arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, boundary psychic disorders, features of peripheral and cardiac hemodynamics in male and female workers of law machinery; to define the disorders correlation with specific traits of the professional activity and their influence on the performance. The authors demonstrated efficiency and safety of medical therapy and mud therapy for the hypertensive patients, suggested system of medical and psychologic monitoring of law machinery staffers, considering their length of service.
