The article reviews present-day data on pathogenesis of chronic venous diseases, as well as formulates the strategic missions of treatment, with an emphasis placed on the criteria ol evidence-based medicine, followed by critically analysing the standards of pharmacotherapy of chronic venous diseases, reflected in the European, American and Russian clinical guidelines. A conclusion is drawn on the necessity and advisability, from the point of view ol evidence-based medicine, of using phlebotropic drugs in patients suffering from various forms of chronic venous diseases.
本文回顾了慢性静脉疾病发病机制的当前数据，并制定了治疗的战略任务，重点强调循证医学标准，随后批判性地分析了欧洲、美国和俄罗斯临床指南中所反映的慢性静脉疾病药物治疗标准。从循证医学的角度得出结论，即对于患有各种形式慢性静脉疾病的患者，使用促静脉药物是必要且可取的。
