To establish the end-to-end anastomosis (EEA) model of guinea pig bile duct and evaluate the healing process of bile duct.
Thirty-two male guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group, 2-, 3-, and 6-mo groups after establishment of EEA model. Histological, immunohistochemical and serologic tests as well as measurement of bile contents were performed. The bile duct diameter and the diameter ratio (DR) were measured to assess the formation of relative stricture.
Acute and chronic inflammatory reactions occurred throughout the healing process of bile duct. Serology test and bile content measurement showed no formation of persistent stricture in 6-mo group. The DR revealed a transient formation of relative stricture in 2-mo group in comparation to control group (2.94 ± 0.17 vs 1.89 ± 0.27, P = 0.004). However, this relative stricture was released in 6-mo group (2.14 ± 0.18, P = 0.440).
A simple and reliable EEA model of guinea pig bile duct can be established with a good reproducibility and a satisfactory survival rate.
建立豚鼠胆管端端吻合(EEA)模型,并评估胆管的愈合过程。
32 只雄性豚鼠在建立 EEA 模型后随机分为对照组、2 个月组、3 个月组和 6 个月组。进行组织学、免疫组织化学和血清学检查以及胆汁含量测定。测量胆管直径和直径比(DR),以评估相对狭窄的形成情况。
胆管愈合过程中出现急性和慢性炎症反应。血清学检查和胆汁含量测定显示,6 个月组无持续狭窄形成。与对照组相比,2 个月组的 DR 显示出相对狭窄的短暂形成(2.94±0.17 比 1.89±0.27,P=0.004)。然而,这种相对狭窄在 6 个月组中得到缓解(2.14±0.18,P=0.440)。
可以建立一种简单、可靠的豚鼠胆管端端吻合模型,具有良好的可重复性和满意的存活率。
