BACKGROUND
Fetal structural abnormalities, particularly limb reduction defects, have been reported after early hypoxic injury, such as chorionic villus sampling (CVS) before 66 day's gestation.
CASE
We present a case of uterine curettage in early pregnancy associated with the subsequent prenatal diagnosis of fetal oromandibular limb hypogenesis syndrome.
CONCLUSIONS
This case is consistent with previous hypotheses concerning the role of hypoxic trauma in inducing fetal structural defects in early pregnancy.
背景
早期缺氧损伤后曾有胎儿结构异常的报道，尤其是肢体减少缺陷，比如妊娠66天前进行绒毛取样（CVS）。
病例
我们报告一例早期妊娠子宫刮宫术，随后产前诊断为胎儿口下颌肢体发育不全综合征。
结论
该病例与先前关于缺氧创伤在早期妊娠诱发胎儿结构缺陷中作用的假说相符。
