The arm of the study was to examine the influence parathyrin and calcitonin on the development experimental gastric ulcers of rabbits.
The study involved 87 rabbits. All animals were divided on six groups in dependence on experimental influence (control, trauma celiac plexus, application parathyrin, trauma celiac plexus and introduction parathyrin, application calcitonin, trauma celiac plexus and introduction calcitonin).
Experimental gastric ulcers reproducing of trauma celiac plexus are formed on the background of dysfunction parathyroid glands and C-cell thyroid gland and hypercalcemia. Parathyrin intensifies mechanisms of ulcer's formation, calcitonin prevents from it.
本研究的目的是探讨甲状旁腺素和降钙素对家兔实验性胃溃疡形成的影响。
本研究涉及87只家兔。根据实验影响因素,将所有动物分为六组(对照组、腹腔神经丛损伤组、注射甲状旁腺素组、腹腔神经丛损伤并注射甲状旁腺素组、注射降钙素组、腹腔神经丛损伤并注射降钙素组)。
腹腔神经丛损伤所致实验性胃溃疡的形成是在甲状旁腺和甲状腺C细胞功能障碍及高钙血症的背景下发生的。甲状旁腺素会加剧溃疡形成机制,而降钙素则可预防溃疡形成。
