The article provides some results of the realization of the programme of development during 1980-1989 at a large medical institution--a medical unit of V. A. Degtyarev plant. The complex solution of curative and preventive issues, organization of labour made it possible to considerably raise the level of health care not only for the industrial workers but also for residents of the city and of the region as a whole. Social problems of health workers are solved in many respects. During the given period loss of working time due to diseases dropped almost by 1/3. The business relations established between the medical unit and industrial enterprises would permit to gradually shift to a self-supported and cost-accountable activity.
本文介绍了1980 - 1989年期间在一家大型医疗机构——弗拉基米尔·阿列克谢耶维奇·杰格佳廖夫工厂的医疗单位实施发展计划所取得的一些成果。治疗和预防问题的综合解决以及劳动组织方式，使得不仅工业工人，而且整个城市和地区居民的医疗保健水平都得到了显著提高。卫生工作者的社会问题在很多方面都得到了解决。在规定时期内，因病导致的工作时间损失几乎减少了三分之一。医疗单位与工业企业之间建立的业务关系将有助于逐步转向自给自足和成本核算的活动。
