A case of adenocarcinoma of gallbladder associated with neuroendocrine carcinoma in a 79 year old woman is reported. A review of the available literature is presented. Argyrophil granules demonstrated is the neuroendocrine area. Carcinoembryonic antigen and Chorioni Gonadotropins were shown in the adenocarcinoma area. Composite tumors with these characteristics had been reported in the other organs. This appears to be seventh case of composite tumors of the gallbladder.
报告了一例79岁女性胆囊腺癌合并神经内分泌癌的病例。并对现有文献进行了综述。在神经内分泌区域发现了嗜银颗粒。在腺癌区域检测到癌胚抗原和绒毛膜促性腺激素。其他器官也有报道过具有这些特征的复合肿瘤。这似乎是胆囊复合肿瘤的第七例。
