Abstract

In tissue samples of 45 operated astrocytomas and of 45 meningiomas the fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity was determined by means of fibrin-agar-plate-method. In astrocytomas significant higher values of fibrinolysis were found than in the meningiomas. In the course of tumor cell necrosis or as a result of brain damage caused by the operation, proteins inducing fibrinolysis are liberated. In some cases they can lead to localized or generalized disturbances of haemostasis.

在45例手术切除的星形细胞瘤组织样本和45例脑膜瘤组织样本中,采用纤维蛋白-琼脂平板法测定纤溶活性和蛋白水解活性。结果发现,星形细胞瘤中的纤溶活性值显著高于脑膜瘤。在肿瘤细胞坏死过程中或手术引起的脑损伤后,可释放诱导纤溶的蛋白质。在某些情况下,它们可导致局部或全身止血障碍。
