Abstract

The authors characterize the current stage of studies into the problem of focal cerebral ischemia under experimental and clinical conditions, formulate research priorities in the prevention, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of ischemic disturbances of cerebral circulation, demonstrate the significance of new approaches to and methods of solving disputable and unsolved problems of preventive and urgent angioneurology. Based on an analysis of the latest information, the authors distinguish the most important research data on the problem of ischemic disturbances of cerebral circulation and outline prospective ways of further scientific research endeavours.

作者阐述了在实验和临床条件下对局灶性脑缺血问题的研究现状，制定了脑循环缺血性障碍预防、发病机制、诊断和治疗方面的研究重点，论证了新方法对于解决预防性和急诊血管神经病学中存在争议及未解决问题的重要性。基于对最新信息的分析，作者甄别出脑循环缺血性障碍问题最重要的研究数据，并概述了进一步科研工作的前瞻性方向。
