Drugs interfering with platelet aggregation pathways and Ca2+ availability were reviewed. Particularly receptor antagonists, drugs affecting intracellular concentration of cAMP and drugs acting on enzymes involved in the synthesis of PGE2 and PGF2, thromboxane and PGI, were considered.
综述了干扰血小板聚集途径和钙离子可用性的药物。特别考虑了受体拮抗剂、影响细胞内cAMP浓度的药物以及作用于参与前列腺素E2和前列腺素F2、血栓素和前列环素合成的酶的药物。
