Based on the sufficient clinical material with the use of the current research methods including computer-aided tomography the author provides evidence in favour of a possibility of carrying out successful conservative therapy in the majority of patients with the compression syndromes of lumbar osteochondrosis. Such conservative therapy is of paramount socioeconomic importance, since the percentage of invalidism in the youngest capable age often increases just after the surgical intervention.
基于利用包括计算机断层扫描在内的当前研究方法所获得的充分临床资料，作者提供了证据，支持对大多数患有腰椎骨软骨病压迫综合征的患者进行成功保守治疗的可能性。这种保守治疗具有至关重要的社会经济意义，因为在最年轻的有劳动能力的年龄段，致残率往往恰好在手术干预后就会上升。
