In the present study, digital subtraction arthrography of TMJ upper cavity was performed in 20 cases with TMJ dysfunction syndrome. It was found that digital subtraction arthrography of TMJ can eliminate various overlapping imaging interference of skull components and has great diagnostic value for TMJ dysfunction syndrome, especially for the diagnosis of small meniscus perforation and the location of meniscus perforation. If this technique can be combined with dynamic observation of TMJ arthrography, the diagnoses for various displacement of meniscus can be made more exactly. However, it is impossible to carry out dynamic observation for TMJ when we use this technique only. This is its disadvantage. Therefore, the best way is to combine arthrographic dynamic observation or arthrographic fluoroscopic observation with digital subtraction arthrography.
在本研究中,对20例颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征患者进行了颞下颌关节上腔数字减影关节造影。结果发现,颞下颌关节数字减影关节造影可消除颅骨各组成部分的各种重叠影像干扰,对颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征具有很大的诊断价值,尤其对小半月板穿孔的诊断及半月板穿孔的定位。若将该技术与颞下颌关节造影的动态观察相结合,可更准确地诊断半月板的各种移位情况。然而,仅使用该技术时无法对颞下颌关节进行动态观察。这是其不足之处。因此,最佳方法是将关节造影动态观察或关节造影透视观察与数字减影关节造影相结合。
