The summary of expectation is as follows. 1) A precise evaluation of cancer invasion into neighboring organs and distinction between a carcinoma and the peripheral atelectasis. 2) An evaluation of the degree of bronchial wall invasion of cancer which developed within bronchial cavity. 3) The differential diagnosis of the peripheral small lung cancer from other peripheral nodules as tuberculoma. 4) The qualitative diagnosis in lymphnode metastasis.
1）精确评估癌症对邻近器官的侵犯以及区分癌与周围肺不张。2）评估支气管腔内发生的癌症对支气管壁的侵犯程度。3）鉴别周围型小肺癌与其他周围结节如结核瘤。4）淋巴结转移的定性诊断。
