Hydradenoma of the vulva. Incidence and clinical observations.

The paper presents three cases of hydradenoma papillare vulvae. Their incidence is discussed along with their location within the vulva, emphasizing their macroscopic, colposcopic and cytological similarity to malignant tumors of the vulva, which is of a clinical significance. The authors stress the fact that the final diagnosis was only made following histological examination of serial sections prepared from the lesions, along with a margin of normal tissue, which also constitutes an adequate therapeutic management.
