Neurofibroma of the common bile duct is extremely rare. Fewer than 20 cases have been reported in the literature. We report a case of neurofibroma in a 47-year-old female presented with obstructive jaundice. Preoperative imaging failed to diagnose the case. The patient was treated with en-bloc excision of the extrahepatic biliary tree and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy.
胆总管神经纤维瘤极为罕见。文献中报道的病例少于 20 例。我们报告了一例 47 岁女性患者，因梗阻性黄疸就诊。术前影像学检查未能明确诊断。患者接受了肝外胆管整块切除和 Roux-en-Y 肝肠吻合术。
